1. Purchase Red Alert 2 with Yuri's Revenge Expansion ( duh! or you can download it 'illegally')
2. Install the game & Make It Works first. ( Dont Worry about the game version )
3. Backup RA2.exe , game.exe . Yuri.exe and gamemd.exe to different folder
4. Download Mental Omega main exe > here < & extract the files to main RA2 directory
5. Download the updated game .exes ( this will update RA2 to ver 1.006 and YR to ver 1.001) > here < & & copy and paste the files to main RA2 directory . Replace the original file
6. Download the special NPSE0022 > here < & & copy and paste the files to main RA2 directory.
7. Double click Mental Omega APYR 20psi.exe and enjoy the ol awesome game
